● ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT
PPUSH-150 — is a continuous thermal cracking unit designed to process carbon-containing materials without air access.
The unit is intended for processing polymer waste, rubber, and plant-based organic feedstock. Depending on the feedstock type, the pyrolysis process can produce liquid products, gas, carbon residue, or biochar.
Its continuous operating principle ensures consistent material feeding, movement through the reactor, thermal processing, and discharge of the final products.
Key Features:
● FEEDSTOCK TYPES
Polymer Waste
Oxygen-free thermal processing of polymer feedstock to produce liquid products, gas, and carbon residue.
Processing capacity: up to 150 kg/h.
Rubber
Pyrolysis processing of rubber-containing feedstock, followed by the condensation of gaseous products and discharge of carbon residue.
Processing capacity: up to 150 kg/h.
Plant-Based Feedstock
Processing of plant-based organic feedstock to produce biochar, liquid compounds, and gas.
Processing capacity: up to 200 kg/h.
The video shows the unit’s design, its key operating components, the feedstock supply system, and the overall organization of the technological process.
It will help you assess the actual dimensions and configuration of the equipment, as well as its operating principle, before requesting a detailed commercial offer.
● OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Feedstock Supply
Prepared feedstock enters the weighing hopper equipped with a load-cell system and is delivered to the unit by a belt conveyor.
Loading into the Reactor
The material passes through a system of airlocks that ensures controlled feeding into the reactor.
Thermal Processing
The feedstock is heated through the reactor wall by diluted flue gases without direct contact with air. A metal rotor continuously moves the material and improves heat transfer.
Product Condensation
Pyrolysis gases enter the condensation system, where they are cooled and the liquid products are separated in individual condensers.
Residue Discharge
The carbon residue or biochar is discharged from the reactor through the unloading system and water-cooled screw conveyors.
Gas Purification
The system purifies flue gases and afterburns excess non-condensable gases.
● FINAL PRODUCTS
Cooling and condensation of pyrolysis gases produce liquid compounds. When processing polymer feedstock, a mixture of furnace and motor fuels is collected in separate condensers.
The gaseous component that does not turn into liquid during condensation. The unit’s systems are designed to handle and afterburn excess gases.
Processing polymer or rubber feedstock produces a solid carbon residue — coke.
When plant-based organic feedstock is processed, biochar is produced as one of the final products.

● FAQ
What is the PPUSH-150?
PPUSH-150 is an industrial continuous-operation installation for thermal cracking of carbon-containing materials without air access.
What types of feedstock can be processed?
The plant is designed for processing polymer waste, rubber and organic raw materials of plant origin. The ability to work with specific raw materials must be specified separately.
What is the unit’s processing capacity?
For polymer waste and rubber, the productivity is up to 150 kg/h. For organic raw materials of plant origin - up to 200 kg/h.
What products can be obtained?
Depending on the raw material, the processing result may be liquid products, non-condensable gas, carbon residue or biochar.
Does the unit operate continuously?
Yes. PPUSH-150 belongs to continuous operation plants: raw materials are sequentially fed to the reactor, moved inside it, and removed after processing.
How is the unit controlled?
To control the technological process, automated control based on PLC, as well as control and measuring instruments and automation are provided.
What is included in the equipment package?
The equipment includes raw material feeding and unloading systems, a reactor with heat generators, cooling screws, condensation equipment, gas cleaning and afterburning systems, automation, and a set of documentation.
Can the unit be inspected before purchase?
The conditions and possibility of inspecting the equipment can be agreed with an ECOR representative upon request.
How can I find out the price?
Leave a request on the page or contact ECOR. A company representative will inform you of the current price, equipment and terms of sale.
How can I obtain the technical documentation?
Leave your contact details and request documentation. An ECOR representative will contact you and provide available technical information.
